The Board of Directors of PixelFox AB (publ) (“PixelFox”) has, pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25 February 2026, determined the record date for the distribution of shares in Servana AB (publ) (“Servana”) to be 2 April 2026.

The last day of trading in the PixelFox share including the right to receive shares in Servana is 31 March 2026. The first day of trading in the PixelFox share excluding the right to receive shares in Servana is 1 April 2026.
